I went online and the process to apply for a carry permit is by showing Texas driver license or Texas photo ID, I have none, I have US passport and New York interstate driver Learner Permit, do I have to wait till I get my full driver license and be able to change it for a Texas license to apply for carry permit ? Driver learner permit cannot be changed from state to another state, only full license can be changed via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3pH3gQE
