How does Alaska define open carry for under 21?

I am 20 years old so looking at Alaska laws, I can’t conceal carry but can open carry. How do police define open carry there?Would I be able to use my IWB holster and be good as long as the I put whatever I’m wearing behind the handgun so it’s exposed? Would this satisfy the police and law, or do I need to use a OWB holster with whatever I’m wearing behind the gun? via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2WHgL8C
