How Often Do You Shoot Personal Defense Rounds?

Hey All,Just curious to see how often you all shoot personal defense rounds through your CCW? I just purchased my carry weapon about two months ago (Walther PPS M2) and I am running HST Federal Rounds, but honestly, have not shot them through yet. Because of the expense of them how often do you shoot them?
