Hello everyone!! I’m currently curious if I’m able to get a CCW license in the state of Virginia. About 4 1/2 years ago I had a possession of marijuana charge which is the only conviction on my record. It was a long time ago I was in college, I’m a decently successful small business owner now and would like to carry an arm in my car as some of the areas I have to travel to are not the best.https://ift.tt/2PLPVsv above is the disqualifications inside of the state code. #7 I’m not sure if would disqualify me but I pass #19.I’ve purchased several arms the past few years so I know I’m not on a list or anything per se like that, is there any reason they wouldn’t allow me to get my CCW?
