So I will be traveling through Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, then Illinois and Wisconsin.I know i'm fine until the dreaded state of illinois but i was wondering if it would be possible to get another states non-resident to cover illinios(if possible) and wisconsin (they only recognize VA- NONRESIDENT for some reason).Also which states have the fastest turnaround time on non-resident permits?Currently the plan is to carry until illinios then lock it up the rest of the way.Thanks! via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2ODxbvB
