Before someone links the handy dandy map please read below:I’ve been a Pennsylvania resident all my life until my recent move to Delaware. I have a valid (in terms of expiration date) PA CCW and a Utah non-res. My Penn permit does not expire until 2022, but since I am no longer a resident of Pennsylvania does that mean it’s negated?Technically I have a valid resident permit (PA only accepts resident permits as of June or July) unless the now inaccurate address listed on the permit negates the validity.Of course PA does not share reciprocity with DE (I am in the process of getting my DE CCW) so how can I carry concealed in PA?Thanks via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2NTZOV1
