It is my knowledge that Hawaii does not allow concealed carry. At the moment, even open carry isn't quite legal.I will apply for a license, but I am certain I will be rejected. Has anyone decided to "not" carry anyways? My main question is, are unconstitutional laws enforceable and has Hawaii enforced these laws before?Just weighing my options. I'm used to Texas laws. I plan to sue the state regarding NFA itmes, "assault pistols", and magazine limits. Any help is greatly appreciated regarding both subjects of unconstitutional laws and suing the state. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2QIyV35
