Got a new kydex holster. I think they sent the wrong one. Opinions needed

I ordered a Vedder LightTuck for my Walther PPQ Gen 1 with the ambi paddle mag release but they sent me one that looks like it's for the M2 version with the button release. It has a significant opening around the trigger. I emailed them about it with photos showing the issue and the lady that got back to me was very accommodating. They sent me a new one with a return label for the old one. The problem is, they sent the same thing as the first one. I'm waiting on an explanation about it.My question the you guys - Does this look like the wrong holster to you or am I crazy? Would you except a holster with such an opening around the trigger?
