Looking for a recommendation for a martial art that would help in a struggle on the street. I would not fight anyone, just looking for a martial art to help me gain knowledge so I could better protect myself with bare hands.Before anyone says anything about running. Yes, I am in shape and have actually taken up jogging as an add onto my current exercise regime. I spend around 45 minutes to an hour daily in the gym.
