Reciprocity clarification

I live in MD and would like to carry in CO. I know CO does not have reciprocity with MD, but it does with PA which I do have a CCW permit for.However CO has a restriction with PA saying "resident permit only". Does that mean I can't carry in CO as a MD resident, even though I have a PA permit since I'm not a PA resident?It seems like that means I can't carry in CO but I'm asking because all this time I thought getting certain states like PA and FL would let me carry in most other states, but most of those have restrictions like this. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/rAF7NBR
