I’m an illinois resident and should be getting my permit in the mail soon. I’m going to be working in North Dakota for the summer and would like to carry on my drive out there, as well as have the ability to carry if/when I travel through most states when I want to. So between utah, arizona, and florida, which non-resident permit is easiest to obtain?
