I'm new to this community, so I sincerely apologize if this has already been asked before or if this isn't the right place for this question but I've been struggling to find a solution to my dilemma. I'm looking to purchase a RIA 1911 GI 5 inch soon but I can't seem to find a good OWB holster. I'd like a low ride with Level 2 or 3 retention (not leather), does anyone have any suggestions? It seems Safariland doesn't make one for this model (not that I can find anyway) and I'm striking out. Does anyone here open carry a 1911? If so what do you use?
