Hello, maybe this question would be better answered by a lawyer, but I was wondering about the "Controlled Substances" section of the San Bernardino County CCW permit application.The application asks, "Are you now, or have you ever been, addicted to a controlled substance or alcohol, or have you ever utilized an illegal controlled substance, or have you ever reported to a detoxification or drug treatment program. If yes, please explain."I had a medical weed card from 2015-2016, and when it was legalized, I bought some a few times at legal dispensaries. I have since quit, and have never been addicted or gone to rehab. Would checking "yes" and explaining the aforementioned disqualify me from receiving a permit? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3sSmMMM
