Oregon has no reciprocity with any other state.

My wife and I are trying to plan a trip around the NW. I loved there in my early twenties for a few years and have missed it a lot. We were also planning to hit several other nearby states to sightsee and visit relatives. I have been carrying in Utah for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 years, so still pretty new. I've seen that Washington, Idaho, Nevada, and Montana recognize my Utah Permit. But Oregon and California don't.I was like, NBD. I'll get a non resident permit. Yeah, PSYCH! They don't offer non resident permits. So because I don't live there, my life is not worth protecting. Like I would sort of get it if they at least offered a non resident permits that was only valid for their state. But there is not a legal way for me as a United States citizen to carry a firearm in Oregon or California at all.I consider that to be a larger travesty against the 2nd amendment then any magazine capacity or weapons ban they have passed so far. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3aaC9Yw
