Illinois CCW Application Still Under Review

I submitted my illinois CCW application back in September, after finishing my class. I did not expedite with fingerprints.One thing I was unsure of when applying, I asked the instructor of. I had recently moved, and hadn't updated my address yet on my FOID. He told me to wait to update my address, because my address change would put a hold on my account from being able to apply for my CCW. He told me to use my new/current address for CCW, then update my FOID after. He was very adamant that this is how it should be done.There are others in my class that have gotten their CCW already. I applied 2 days after the course, so its not like I waited around to apply. Now I'm just wondering if my application is in limbo because I filled it out that way. Any advice?Or any advice how to get through to actually talk to someone when calling ISP?
