Recently finished jumping through all the hoops to submit my application in NYS. Well, more accurately, I finished the 30 pages of paperwork more than 3 months ago, and have been awaiting my appointment to turn in the paperwork. Fast forward, the appointment takes no more than 15 minutes, no problems. Now another 2 week waiting period for the fingerprints, and we can play the waiting game.P.S.
