I live in Michigan currently, and have a Michigan CPL, but I want an out of state CPL.The reason for this is that Michigan has a registry for pistols, but with the way the law is worded, you are exempt from registration if you hold an out of state CPL.I just wanted to know if there was a "rubber stamp" CPL class in any state that a Michigan resident could take to acquire that states CPL. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2LkBwzZ
