Have the Sig P365 problems been resolved yet?

Normally carry a G19 but need a smaller and more concealable pistol now.Looking at the P365, G43, and Shield MP 2.0. I really like the aesthetic and ammo capacity of the Sig P365, but concerned about the realizability of the pistol. Have the issues been worked out?
