Does FL processing take longer if you have an arrest record?

I applied in person a little over 3 weeks ago and it is still processing according to the website. I have 2 arrests 10 years ago. 1 was nolle procced completely and the other was nolle procced after PTI and i sent both the dispositions for them with my application. I was an armed security and had no problem getting my G license years ago so i know my CCW will go through but i see a lot of people getting including my GF get licensed in 7 to 12 days and its been about 23 for me. So i am just wondering if the arrests cause it to take longer then average? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2ZJE6bS
