Tennessee, VA Hospital (Federal property) Brand new sign saying no weapons allowed. What about TN. Castle doctrine saying I can keep a weapon in my car?

Title above is my question: Can I carry my weapon in my locked glove box? OR does this sign mean I now have to leave my weapon at home? Sign was put up in past 6 months. Normally when going to VA I just keep weapon in glove box. So what do I do here? Leave weapon at home, or leave it in car?
