The other day a man was circling my car and staring intently at me. My car was off, and I think if he had a gun I wouldn't have had time to turn it on and drive away if he was really about to do something. What can I do legally to protect myself in that moment before anything has happened? I felt cornered even though no legal threat had been made.
(fortunately the guy in the real life scenario ended up walking away on his own btw)
