ok so I held more gunsmy thumbs are too short to actuate any slide release mechanism on a semi auto pistolcan’t remember which pistol matches which issue but some i can barely reach but can’t get enough leverage to release the slidemany others i can’t reach at alli was very embarrassedSo i’ll obviously be forced to train differently. what’s likely? i’ll need to break my grip with left hand and use my left thumb to release the slide?or only do the pull back on slide and release thing exclusively?side note a S&W revolver 365 magnum/38 special felt really good in my handedit: i held a sig365, shield ez with a grip safety, and a springfield XD (small one) via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2YajSmp
