Our church is blessed to have a police officer that has volunteered to run the security team. He stands in the atrium (in uniform) while volunteers that are spread around the church with radios act as his eyeballs. When he found out that I have an LTC he told me that he would prefer I not carry at church. I and the other CC’er on the team were able to convince him that we are not clones of George Zimmerman and that we are not a risk. He backed off but I could tell that he was not happy.
