I cannot find info anywhere on sac county CCW handgun modifications

I am looking everywhere and cant find anything. I would like to know if I am allowed to stipple, change mag releases etc. Anyone know of Sacramento's policy on this? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2J1N3FJ
