A somewhat funny "oh crap" story.

I went to Walmart today to get a few things that included a 50 pound bag of dog food. I was wearing a t-shirt under an open flannel shirt that is pretty standard to me when it's cool out. (And, of course, a Sig P239).As always, there were no actually cashiers working at Walmart so I go to the self checkout and I start scanning and bagging my stuff. I have a bottle of wine so the lady that runs the self checkout comes over and confirms I'm not under 40 before I proceed. She's standing behind me while I'm finishing up and I hear her say: "You should use your gun on that."Shit. I reach up to see if my shirt had ridden up over the butt of my gun. Nope. It's covered. Am I printing? What the hell?"I'm sorry, what was that?"She points at the hand scanner. "You should use your gun in that bag of dog food. It's pretty heavy."Oops.To be clear: she said "your gun" or it would not have phased me. I was actually a little embarrassed that I automatically checked when she said that. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2CbQST1
