I’m a firm believer that if you chose to carry a gun for self defense, you should carry, at minimum, a tourniquet. So let’s talk tourniquets. There are TONS out there to chose from and some are definitely better than others. But only #TWO# stand out as ones you should carry and become proficient with: SOF-T and the CAT.
