Quick quesion... is it legal for a CPL holder in Michigan to transport a pistol owned by a non CPL owner if the CPL owner has the registration? Not sure if it matters, but the pistol is my father's pistol and we live in different cities in Michigan. Thanks via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2REC6t4
