In September, I was approved for a New York State resident CCW permit with no restrictions. My only issue with this permit is that it's not recognized by the state of Pennsylvania. I don't travel to PA very much, but I would like to be able to carry in PA during the rare times that I am in the state. Pennsylvania technically allows for the issuance of non-resident CCW permits, but many counties refuse to issue them (assuming I understand it properly). Does anyone know of either a non-resident permit from another state that PA recognizes that I could apply for, or a Pennsylvania county that I could apply for a non-resident permit from?
