Set up first private pistol sale tomorrow, can someone give me a rundown on how this should go? (Michigan)

I live in Michigan. Posted a firearm, someone agreed to the price and also to meet up at my LGS. We both are licensed to carry which I know makes it easier. I believe we just have to fill out the purchase forms and I grab the cash, but I feel like I'm missing something.
