Light for a subcompact: TLR6 or hand held?

I'm considering getting a weapon mounted light to use with a subcompact pistol (Shield and G26). I could get a 100 lumen TLR6, or just use my hand held light with a Thyrm (360 lumen Surefire G2X).Is it worth getting a 100 lumen WML, especially since I have a more powerful hand held?
