Anyone get a Florida CCW in the last month or so? How long was the turnaround time? Long story inside(forgive me)

I applied two weeks ago tomorrow (at the office so was fingerprinted and picture was taken at the office) and was wondering how long your turn around was?​Story below on why Im hoping its quick.I have a former neighbor that is a dealer and addict (its a nice middle class neighborhood). He was kicked out of his home about a year ago by his grandmother but recently started showing up again. Two weeks ago I came home for lunch and saw him yelling at someone in the front yard but couldn't tell who. Then I heard the grandma yelling for help so I decide to intervene. I do own firearms but not a CCW. I told my wife to get ready to call the police and I went over and he was hopped up on something. His grandma says he's smoking crack but I know he has been on heroine in the past. I grabbed some pepper spray and put it in my pocket and luckily was able to de-escalate the situation but my entire family is uneasy now.Yesterday he came back and beat up his brother in law (lives nextdoor and is a nice guy) looking for money. He keeps saying he owes people money and he is going to send them to his grandma to get it because he cant pay up.Before I moved in years ago his house was involved in a drive by and he has been shot multiple times. I didnt know this when I purchased my home. He's a real class act! When I got home from church there were two cop cars outside their home. He left on his motorcycle and wrecked on his way out of the neighborhood.
