Just got my card in less than two weeks. I love being a Virginian, born and raised. After I got it the court even laminated it for free.

No photo because screw that.Weird: the day I submitted my application the person at the desk said it was an unusually busy day for permits, close to ten submissions by early afternoon, and I live in a country well into the bottom half of the population count in Virginia.
