Question about CCW reciprocity as it relates to an out of state purchase

I live in and have an NC issued CCW permit. I'm looking at going to an auction this evening in VA, where there will be several firearms for sale, a few of which will be hand guns. I know VA will honor my CCW as far as carry, but does anybody know if I will be allowed to potentially buy one of these handguns (even though I'm sure I'll get outbid - but that's besides the point). I know VA does not require a permit to purchase, but since I'm out of state, I don't know how that comes into play.Anybody have any idea? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2P3HSmF
