Hi, I'm looking for self defense videos recommendations for someone with minimal time to watch. Maybe some 10 minute videos that share good quick techniques and things to keep in mind? This is to share with my female friend in her 30s who is a case worker that goes to people's homes. Sometimes it's in shady areas and I'm trying to help her stay safe. Any help would be appreciated.
