Bodylock is pretty easy to achieve and relatively safe position in a fight. But obviously just hugging someone is not enough. What in your opinion are the best takedowns from this position?
I think corckscrew takedown is pretty safe. Also just pushing the other person might make him trip and fall. Going for double leg is also an option but it involves a risk of you hitting your head to ground the other guy almost certainly hits his head that could be fatal.
