So, I will be flying home to Texas from Florida through American Airlines (Texas LTC). I will be checking my firearm as well so that I may carry when I arrive at my destination. I will be on an approximate 5 hour flight with a layover in Dallas. I am wondering about what hard case I should use, what locks I should use, and the orientation of how I should store my firearm in the locked case.
