Concealed carrying as a woman

Hello all! I did a search through this sub, and didn’t find exactly what I was looking for in terms of answers. I’m not new to guns, but new to carrying regularly and I want opinions, specifically from the other women in this group.I own a Glock 48 and recently purchased a Vedder Light Tuck IWB holster. My question is how other women generally prefer to carry and cover their weapon when carrying.I have zero interest in the “geared towards females” holsters I see tossed around. I don’t want a bra holster, I don’t want a thigh holster, I sure as hell won’t be carrying in a purse.I’m a jeans and tee shirt kind of girl, but women are built different than men. I’m looking for advice on how to get a IWB holster to sit comfortably and not print like crazy with typical women’s mid rise jeans. Also women’s hips tend to flare out a bit more and be more prominent so that also affects how holsters sit.I personally prefer carrying at about 4 o’clock on my strong side hip but I worry about it showing and also being able to get my arm back there if I should need to grab my gun.I’ve seen a lot of photos of women carrying appendix style and I can’t for the life of me get it to feel any kind of comfortable. Do I need to adjust the ride height more? The cant? I have no idea. It’s clearly a popular way to carry so I must be doing something wrong here. For reference I’m 5’8”, 135 lbs, and build pretty slim. I’d appreciate any and all advice to figure out how to get carrying to work for me! via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3pvATGc
