I've only been carrying for about a month and I will be starting the gym. I plan to focus on basic compound lifts (squat, bench, dead lift, overhead press, and rows). I have a Walther ppq and a full size 1911 and neither of them seem feasible to carry with gym shorts on especially with certain of those movements. I was thinking I could either carry off body or get a smaller gun, like say a Ruger LCR, and carry it in one of those "smart holsters" that goes completely below the waist line.For those of you who go to a gym, how do you carry there?
