Can I get licensed in my home state and then get another state like Utah later?

Subject says it all, just curious, because in my home state I believe I can take a course online for free, then I could carry here. At some point when this pandemic nonsense is over I’d like to take the class for Utah. Will this work? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3c5Jrww
