So i'm looking to get my first glock (not first gun or handgun) with the intent of conceal carrying it. When thinking about what I wanted to carry, I had the idea of using a roland special, since it helps the shooter shoot faster (comp + light's weight) and more precise (red dot).I wanted to get your guy's thoughts on using a Roland special for ccw.If I do a Roland special, I was thinking of using the glock 45 form factor, as the 17 grip fits my big hands better. And the shorter slide (g19) alleviates the extra length caused by the comp or light. I was wondering if it would be better to buy a stock glock then upgrade, or "build" by starting with a oem frame and piecing things together. Here's my initial draft of build items:Comp: PMM (requires threaded barrel) | apparently runs well with normal & +p loads with factory springsLight: Inforce APLC or Surefire X300Optic: RMR (requires rmr slide cut) via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2wNG3GY
