Well, with normal processing time I was hoping to get my approval and card in the next 10-15 days. Now with Illinois shutting down state facilities that are not part of essential function I am pretty sure that won't happen. Anyone know if I do get the approval online but noone puts my card in the mail can I carry legally off the approval online? This would be the time I would love to carry with the situation I foresee coming in the next couple weeks/months. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/391onF9
