What exactly is a 2A Sanctuary City??

I'm curious if this is legit or a sales pitch to get more residents to move into a certain city? Or both?...article snippet from MN Pioneer Press."Counties that pass the resolutions join more than 400 communities nationwide with similar resolutions, which essentially state the community’s intent to refuse to use local resources on what they consider to be statutory infringements on the U.S. constitutional right to keep and bear arms.It remains unclear whether the resolutions will present a legal challenge, for now the resolutions serve as a way to express opposition to potential future “red flag” laws in MN, which would give law enforcement and concerned relatives an avenue to petition the courts to have guns temporarily removed from people deemed to be a risk to themselves or others. Red flag laws have been proposed in MN but not passed. But the “sanctuary” resolutions might not have any practical bearing if such a law is passed."If we have the 2A right to bear arms, shall not be infringed, etc. How could local state regulation deny or bypass constitutional Federal rights?? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3a1SAF5
