I was recently taken into psychiatric detention and my firearms confiscated by my local PD after a night of excessive drinking after a breakup. I go this Friday to appear before a judge to see about getting my firearms back. With my Lifetime CHL, does anyone know if this remains valid if I am proven fit to have firearms in my possession?
