There is a very bad kid that throws rocks, spits, hits, etc. I’ve talked to the kid’s mother because he was very aggressive, but his parents said that if I ever talk bad to them about their son, they would call the police.
So, if a 11 year old defended himself since the kid was kicking, is the 11 year old at fault? (Note the little kid threatened to kill the 11 year old)
