Va open carry rules

I’m turning 18 in a few months and plan to begin carrying as soon as I do. I was just wondering in va if there was any variation in the way open carry and carrying in the car are treated by county as I live in a generally liberal area. via /r/CCW http://bit.ly/2PY6HlJ
