Has anyone actually had legal trouble related to [legal] aftermarket parts, functional or aesthetic, on their guns? You always see what I believe to a myth on YouTube comments “A lawyer will destroy you for that backplate” etc. wouldn’t a reasonable defense attorney object based on speculation if a prosecutor tried to paint your character just because you had a punisher backplate and a lighter trigger pull?I understand how an active shooter or defensive having “F around and find out” engraved on a mag baseplate would be sensitive, but wouldn’t it be speculation to paint intention based on a popular quote? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/DrYhwey
