Hey guys was just looking for some clarification and advice. I am a California resident, but I spend a significant amount of time in Washington state and Arizona. I’m obviously going to get my non-resident Arizona license, but was curious if I should get a Utah, Washington, or any other license based on where I spend most of my time. Does Washington honor AZ or Utah non-resident. I saw on USCCA that Washington accepts with restrictions so I wasn’t sure if that meant resident only permits or anything like that.
