So a friend of mine was asking me for general knowledge on his medical conditions. He wants to know if he goes to a pain clinic and he does see a shrink. So he said what if I’m prescribed medicines would he be disqualified? He said he read that if he was under Doctors care, he would be ok to buy a gun and apply for a permit? He said he’s just looking for general info. He is just looking to save time and money if it’s a no go! I know we are not lawyers!
