Hi there, I’m a powerlifter, not so young anymore, so my body is already taxed by the workout and I don’t have too much time to spend in another gym, but I’d like to learn a self defence technique. What would you suggest to someone like me? I need something I can learn relatively fast, so effective but not too super hard to master?
