I recently started carrying every day. I have a small safe that has a few pistols and ammunition. The last thing I do every day is put my carry pistol away and as soon as I'm dressed it goes back on my hip.The problem I'm having is since I am opening and closing the safe everyday I now find I have more opportunity to be forgetful when it comes to locking the safe. Since my wife is usually still asleep I get ready in the dark so I don't have the visual reminder that it is still open. In my head my routine is to take out the holstered pistol and close the door immediately. But twice I've somehow gotten distracted and once is too often.I know I need to get in the habit of locking it but is there anything on the market that senses the door is open and either gives an audible reminder or rings your phone? I tried looking it up but not knowing what to call it I'm having no luck.Any tips or advice on how to help form this good habit? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3AXcnT5
